Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, particularly in acidic environments. This alloy is widely used in various industries for its impressive properties, and Incoloy 825 pipes and tubes play a crucial role in many applications.

Incoloy 825 pipes are seamless or welded tubes designed to transport fluids, gases, or liquids in corrosive environments. These pipes are highly sought after in industries such as chemical processing, oil and gas, and petrochemicals due to their remarkable resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids. The Incoloy 825 pipes are particularly advantageous in applications involving sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as in environments containing chloride ions.

ASTM B423 UNS N08825 Alloy 825 Welded Pipe supplier, Incoloy WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4858 Pipe, 825 Alloy EFW Pipe, Manufacturer of Incoloy 825 Hollow Pipe Price List, ASME SB163 Incoloy Alloy 825 Seamless Pipe, Incoloy Alloy 825 Round Pipe in Mumbai, India.

The seamless construction of Incoloy 825 pipes ensures a smooth and uniform surface, reducing the risk of corrosion and enhancing the overall longevity of the piping system. Additionally, the welding characteristics of these pipes make them suitable for a wide range of fabrication processes, providing flexibility in design and installation.

Incoloy 825 tubes are cylindrical structures with a hollow interior, designed to facilitate the transfer of fluids or gases. These tubes find extensive use in heat exchangers, condensers, and other applications where efficient heat transfer and corrosion resistance are paramount. Incoloy 825 tubes excel in high-temperature environments, making them suitable for applications such as chemical processing, power generation, and offshore oil and gas platforms.

The corrosion-resistant properties of Incoloy 825 tubes make them ideal for handling aggressive media, including sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The tubes exhibit excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability, contributing to their reliability in demanding industrial settings. Whether in the form of straight lengths or coils, Incoloy 825 tubes offer versatility in installation, allowing for customized solutions to meet specific project requirements.

Incoloy 825 Pipe and Tube Manufacturing Process

Rolling and Welding

Rolling and Welding The strips pass through the number of rollers as per the required size. In the tubes-mill, the strip is gradually converted into the tubular shape. The fitted welding machine is then used to weld trim edges of the strip using TIG welding process.

Pipe and Tube Cutting

Length Cutting Rolled pipes and tubes thus manufactured are cut to the required lengths depending upon the industrial demand. We use a variety of methods—sawing, lathe cutting, rotary cutting, supported shear cutting, dual-blade shear cutting, and laser cutting.

Cleaning and Heating Phase

Cleaning and Heating Phase Subjected to cleaning to remove the dirt. Further, a heat treatment is given to these rolled pipes and tubes to remove the stresses that may occur due to welding and formation processes. Heat treatment is given on the continuously rolling hearth furnace.

Cold Drawing Process

Cold Drawing Process Required size may not be obtained from the mill directly. Then, the cold operation process can be used to obtain the desired size. In the cold drawing process, the tube or pipe is drawn over the bench using Die plugs.

Finishing Process

Finishing Process Pipe and tubes are then subjected to cleaning, heat treatment, pickling and straightening. The computerized ink jet marking machine then mark the finished pipes or tubes. Then they marked with grade of material, size, heat number.

Third Party Inspection

Third Party Inspection Finish pipes & tubes then stamp with third party inspection before passing on to exporters. The tubes or pipes thus produced will undergo certain testing and quality checks.
