Nickel K500 is the grade of nickel that has a high purity and has desirable characteristics in terms of corrosion and heat resistant properties. Another property that lends Nickel K500 Bars suitable for use is the fact that they contain low carbon amounts, which can cause carbon ingress where needed. These bars are utilised in facilities that require resistance to corrosive products such as acids and alkalis.
It is also worth mentioning that one of the nickel K500 bar’s major performances that distinguish it from its counterparts is its relatively high temperature-resistant capabilities. This makes them ideal in applications in industries like aerospace because the materials used have to perform well in extreme conditions.
